I’m a mom of two and have built my passion for fitness because of my kids! During my second pregnancy I gained 20kg of extra weight. Lack of movement (high risk pregnancy) lead to unhealthy nutritional choices. That’s when I learned the importance of movement and nutrition. Throughout my own experience I’ve learned how to build muscular strength, sustainable weight loss management and the impact of healthy habits!
After obtaining my Personal Trainer Certification I’ve had the privilege of guiding my friends, family and several clients on their journeys, whether it was weight loss, muscle building, or simply adopting a healthier lifestyle. By tailoring personalized workout plans and providing consistent support, I watched as their confidence grew alongside their physical progress. Seeing this positive impact was incredibly rewarding and reaffirmed my passion for helping others succeed in their fitness journeys.
